Review of Stargate: Continuum (2008) by Lee S — 07 Jul 2008
This story has not only been done and redone in a lot of scifi shows, it's been done and redone on both SG-1 and Atlantis as well. And just comparing it to the Stargate episodes like it, the story and execution for this movie was pretty mediocre. It really felt like the writing, effects, and acting were on autopilot for this one.
But it was nice to see a lot of the old characters again and I didn't realize how much I missed the grandeur of the the System Lords. It's a watchable movie for Stargate fans, but it isn't much better than your average episode.
