Review of Stardust Memories (1980) by Alonso A — 25 Aug 2012
Allen said it's not autobiographical, but he can't blame us for thinking that, Sandy Bates is everything we imagine in Woody Allen, cynic, romantic, funny and with a lot of questions. The movie may not be his funniest, nor his most polished, but it has truly deep parts and seems as Allen's most personal film.
