Review of Stardust (2010) by Ken S — 29 Dec 2011
This epic fantasy adventure film is written by Neil Gaiman (adapted from his own novel) and directed by Matthew Vaughn (who went on to direct Kick-Ass and X-Men: First Class), and it has an original plot, which is so rare these days.
The cast is solid, the effects are visually striking, and the plot is a classic fantasy adventure plot with some modern twists. It was an enjoyable film, certainly recommended to any sci-fi/fantasy fans out there.
