An excellent genre-fantasy film. It's by no means outstanding, but as an adventure throwback, it's a fantastic way to pass 2 hours. If you like the older style fantasy films like Labyrinth & Willow, you would love this.
For me though, the De Niro character was just stupid & didn't fit the film at all. I imagine people were too afraid to tell De Niro his performance was off. Still a highly enjoyable fun romp though.
