Review of Stardust (2007) by Conundrum — 16 Aug 2007
This movie is wonderful, a thoroughly entertaining work of escapism. It has something for everyone -- adventure, romance, humor, magic, fantasy, and, oh yeah, a unicorn. It may sound like a cliche fairy tale, but it's so well done that it works completely.
I didn't find a moment of it slow or boring, as some users have said, I was enchanted from beginning to end. Nitpickers. Okay, I admit that I'm hopelessly in love with Claire Danes, but still, she's radiant in this film -- literally.
