While there are some redeeming qualities in the visuals and the interactions between Rey and Kylo, overall it is a terrible story that doesn't make any sense with very off-putting attempts at humor.
The pointless side-quest to casino planet was simply a ham-fisted push for social justice that was out of place. Admiral purple hair may have been the worst thing about the movie.
