A 90% is way too high for this movie, its not even close to that. The Last Jedi has its moments but is weighed down by boring scenes and bad twists. New characters in this movie have about no development which makes them a waste.
There are still some good things with the special effects and the actions scenes really good. Though there are cool moments, The Last Jedi is still a step down from The Force Awakens and the other movies in the franchise.
