While this newer installment is a big improvement for the prequels, it suffers from its similarities to A New Hope. A more creative plot could of been made to make this movie the best by far. The acting is great, the action is ok, it leaves a big cliff hanger, which I like.
Star wars The Force Awakens is a good movie, the only thing keeping it from being the best is it's just to similar to a New Hope, and i'm not a big fan of that.
