Very disappointing film, I don't know why so many people like it. It's literally just a copy of A New Hope except with bad misplaced humour and an atrocious main character.
Don't get me wrong, A New Hope was great - but this is supposed to be a sequel, it's supposed to add something. It seems Abrams just wanted to make a copy of episode IV so desperately that he didn't even consider how implausible it would be in-universe. The whole premise makes little sense.
