Definitly the best of the prequels, and it falls a little short from the original trilogy. Very good plot and a satisfactory ending to the prequel trilogy. It gives a very good story on the origins of Darth Vader.
The lightsaber battles were more frequent and better. I still recommend the entire prequel trilogy, I enjoyed it. But if you could only watch one from the prequels, I'd choose this one. Very solid movie.
