This is the best out of all the prequel movies. Having grown up with these movies I may be a little bias due to the fact. The actors do their best do portray their characters due to the lack of good dialogue provided by George Lucas.
There really is not much to talk about in this movie other than the end, which I think is highly underrated. The lightsaber duel, Oh my god, it was awesome, if there is anything you should take out of this movie its, the lightsaber duel between Obi Wan and Anakin.
In the end this is an okay movie, it gives a great entertainment value, but it lacks in the awful CGI effects and bad dialogue.
