Attack of the Clones is the weakest of the prequel trilogy, but only because it tried to do so much in such a short space of time. It also was wholly different than any Star Wars that had come before or since.
Because of the extreme risks the film took - in both story & style, and in the way it was filmed - it stumbles sometimes. Still, it is a fantastic piece of the Saga and far better than anything Disney has created.
