It has some good moments (like the action scenes, the pod-race scene, John Williams's score, Ewan's Obi-Wan, Liam's Qui-Gon and Lightsaber duel with Darth Maul) but the rest is terrible... no wait I'll take it back.
.. IT"S HORRIBLE and it scared my childhood for life.
