What can I say about A New Hope that hasn't already been said? It's the movie that started it all, and without it we wouldn't have the incredible Star Wars universe that we have now. It's a rather simple story that moves at a rapid pace, but it sets up a much bigger story that has since been told and expanded upon.

I don't have any real gripes with this movie, to be honest. It was pretty damn ballsy for the time, and it still stands up today, 40 years later. And while it may not be the best film in my collection, it sure is one of my favorites.
