The first movie of the legendary Star Wars saga is a space drama that is beautifully crafted and epic in scale, not to mention the top-notch special effects for a late 70's movie. The characters are superb; the heroes are pure and the villains are evil, all are wonderfully developed.
Story telling doesn't get any better than this.
