Review of Star Wars (1977) by Jiashu X — 26 Feb 2016
The majority of the cast isn't the greatest at acting, and sometimes the patchiness of Lucas' directing is glaringly obvious. But overall an excellent movie for its time, and needless to say, very influential on its generation and the ones to come after it.
P.S. This film makes for a much more enjoyable viewing experience in its original edition than it does the rework.
