What hasn't been said about Star Wars? A fun, action packed space opera filled with memorable characters and one-liners, and it moves at a brisk pace. What more could you ask for? Besides maybe keeping the original version and not Lucas' infamous special editions.
Undoubtedly, the most iconic film ever made.
