First of all Kim Cattrall is a huge fail in this movie. That being said, I think this is second to Wrath of Khan. I wish the title was different because this was the last Star Trek with the original cast.
The story is a lot better that the previous two movies because it feels like Star Trek. I also love the way this one ended. Good flick.
