Review of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991) by Shane J — 09 May 2010
Star trek : the murder mystery. The final movie with the original cast luckly its one where they dont have to do much running as they getting on you see. A more plot driven trek movie based around the assasination of a klingon during peace talks. Kirk is framed and thrown in a klingon prison so needs to clear his name. Its pretty good story if a bit to long to keep the attention up of people who expect starship battles from there movies as there only a couple and it does drag a bit in the middle.
Nice to see loads of familiar faces dotted around the film especially a random christian slater cameo for all of 5 seconds! Christopher plummer is awesome as the main villian as well. Kim cattrell proves again she couldnt act her way out a paperbag and is awful!
