Review of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991) by Dan B — 14 Dec 2011
A great close-out for the complete TOS (The Original Series) cast. Some parts are a little silly (read: Shat-tastic), but overall, it embodies the best of Trek on both the small screen and large screen.
Nicholas Meyer returns to the director's chair of a Trek movie for the first time since Wrath of Khan and delivers another solid entry, dealing this time with Shakespeare, Cold War parallels, Klingons and a bit of Sherlock Holmes.
Highly recommended.
