Really fun and pretty tight - self-deprecating in the right way while still taking everything with enough seriousness to propel the story. In the end, I think the Star Trek series is pretty great - it's all story and character driven and it remains true to the television series.
It could teach the Star Wars series a few lessons about clear storytelling.
