Review of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989) by Marie E — 02 Jan 2010
The Final Frontier does have good parts. The camping stuff with Kirk, Spock, and McCoy is great, and many of the actors seem to be having fun in their roles. However, the story is poorly executed, with missed opportunities and a terrible Klingon villain.
The special effects are offensive, and Uhura seduces a bunch of people with a supposedly sexy dance. Ew. This one is only for the completists.
