One of the worst in the series but not as bad as you've heard. Sure budgetary cuts are more than visible as the effects are alarmingly low rent, and the plot is often ludicrous but for fans this is warm, affectionate and entertaining stuff.
Also the notion of the search for God plot is also quite fascinating.
