Review of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989) by Henry H — 09 Jul 2010
I can't put my finger on where it all went wrong. It has the charm, the playfulness, the family aspect of the characters, the adventure, the Enterprise, the explosions, the brotherhood of Kirk, Spock and Bones is at its pinnacle here, it has the Shat for christ sake! So what happened? For one the effects were weak, but most importantly the story was the weakest of the series.
