The first time I saw this, it was on VHS. I thought is slow and confusing. Then I saw it remastered on bluray and was like, OMG THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful, just F*cking gorgeous. To say this movie is boring is like saying the Mona Lisa is boring.
This is the 2001: A Space Odyssey of Star Trek.
