Review of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986) by Danielle T — 16 Jan 2009
Out of the last 3, this is the best. They FINALLY got the idea that it can be entertaining if they don't take themselves so gosh darn seriously. And I think Shatner can handle being comical than dramatic.
I do think it was a touch of overkill with getting Koening (Checkov) to say "wessel" so often. I did laugh every time though- and it is now an inside joke with my husband. I didn't feel like I had wasted my time watching this movie.
