Review of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986) by Mark W — 13 May 2009
Sensational entry in the series and--in my mind--one of the finest science fiction features ever assembled. Remarkably directed by Nimoy (who also shares story credit) adding a much needed softer and lighter touch (especially after the grim events of the past two episodes).
Of course the special effects are top notch. Fantastic score by Leonard Rosenmen.
