Review of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986) by Amanda C — 15 Aug 2009

If I wasn't a Trekkie, I probably wouldn't have liked this movie so much. I find the premise stupid, I mean an alien probe trying to contact wales? Really...

The character interactions that I've come to love are all there, along with the classic lines, but this movie seems to be missing the spark that the last two had. While infinitely better than the 1st film, it's still not really up to the standard of most of the other Star Trek films.
