Review of Star Trek Into Darkness (2013) by Brian H — 01 Sep 2015
The second Abrams outing is not wanton for inspiration. They did a far better job than the first, but they still lack that certain jene-sai-quais that makes Trek, Trek. The reboot, however, is starting to show some level of promise with this installment, even if not as well-rounded as the first, the moral dilemmas compel this movie far better than the first.
