"Star Trek Into Darkness" scores high with flying colors. Its wild fun from beginning to end and is a total blast. The plot is engaging the whole way through. The stunning visuals make it one of the most visually pleasing films in a long while.

I am immensely glad I saw it in IMAX 3D the first time I saw it. Definitely an improvement over the already great first chapter from 2009. The movie has some genuine emotions by the end of it and every action scene kept me on the edge of my seat.

J.J. Abrams proves once again that he has successfully brought new life into the franchise.
