Review of Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984) by Chris C — 29 May 2012
More of the same, intense, brooding, plodding sci-fi drama. The title is of course, misleading, we all know where he is. The question is - are we bothered when we find him (even if he is 10 years old)? Christopher Lloyd's Klingon baddie is not quite as underused as Khan and even offers Shatner the chance to call him a "viscious bastard!" which was nice.
The story is perhaps more intense and ghostly and certainly the action a tad more satisfying.
