Review of Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984) by Justin T — 18 Jul 2014
"The Search for Spock" is the most underrated Trek film. It's often said that the even numbered Trek films are good and the odd numbered ones are bad. I don't think its true enough to be the rule.
"The Search for Spock" has several great scenes, sequences, and character moments that make it really good and fun...like stealing the Enterprise, the death of David, the Klingon battle, the destruction of the Enterprise, the destruction of Genesis, and the Resurrection of Spock.
..I don't really know why this film gets a bad reputation, sure it isn't AS good as "Khan", but it certainly isn't a terrible sequel to that film.
