On my top five favorite movies at number 3, this is the best of the star trek series in my opinion. I will compare it to star wars the empire strikes back as its better than the first star trek movie. Great that they took initiative and saluted the tv show and took an episode an added to it.
Nimoy is brilliant as spock, the end will have every star trek fan choking back a tear or two. great piece of work, great music, acting and visuals. a gem of the star trek franchise.
