Review of Star Trek: Generations (1994) by André D — 22 Apr 2009
The writers had a very interesting task. Three major events happen in this movie. First the two captains of the Enterprise meet one another, the second event occurs in a very dramatic way and was great to see in the theater, the last one happens almost "matter of factly." I won't mention in case there is someone out there who hasn't seen it.
This movie came out at the peak of popularity of Star Trek and when I watch the movie now it seems very... plan.
A movie that should have been epic falls very short of being even being worthy of being a major motion picture and really should have been a two part for TV.
