"Normal is what everyone else is and you are not.".

Not a big 'Star Trek' fan I like it - favourite being 'Next Generation. But I don't know a great deal about it and each characters traits ans such.

This film at the time probably set the fans alight with excitement. A film with 'Picard' and 'Kirk', sadly it's not what they expected it's not equal opportunity either if anything it's 'Picard's' film with everyone else playing side characters.

There's no way getting around it, it's very convoluted pointless aspects that go nowhere and there's also some continuity issues as well. Things missed place in the next scene or wrong colours. There's definitely a lack of polish here even with the simplest parts.

There are interesting parts the whole Nexus thing is interesting and I quite licked 'Malcolm Mcdowell' as 'Soran'. But I can't get passed the rest the laughable acting at times from some of the crew and the way they throw themselves when the ship gets hit is funny.

'Generations' is by no means terrible in fact there is a good film buried here, but there's a serious lack of polish and errors, that even 'Star Trek' will be disappointed with.
