Review of Star Trek: First Contact (1996) by Brian S — 25 May 2010

The longer Star Trek goes on, the more cliched time travel gets. that being said, this film is an excellent sci-fi action adventure. great intensity, great effects, and a very well-written story and script.

even the acting was above its usual standard. its few moments of humour seem somewhat natural as well, as opposed to being either extremely campy and/or forced onto certain characters. a great film that captures not only the spirit of TNG, but also a bit of cinematic potency to boot.
