Review of Star Trek: First Contact (1996) by Hpfanboy1237 — 09 Apr 2018
Easily the second best Star Trek film. First Contact balances its story, action, and characters beautifully. The story is very interesting, the crew of the Enterprise has to go back in time to stop the Borg from preventing First Contact.
If I had one complaint about this movie it would be that Zephram Cochrane is kind of annoying at first. As I have already stated, the film handles its story, action, and characters beautifully. There's not a dull scene in the movie.
It also has one of the best scenes in all of the Star Trek films when Lily and Picard argue over blowing up the Enterprise and he gives his fantastic we draw the line here speech. Overall, definitely the second best Star Trek, it just doesn't quite deserve that A+ and top spot.
