Review of Star Trek Beyond (2016) by Rob D — 31 Aug 2016

Beyond picks up a hefty amount of clutter from the previous film and reorganizes it into a well rounded story of character development. What it truly succeeds from is a setup of roll over action sequences that play out marvelously with fantastic direction and cinematography.

Even if it falls into tropes of other films of its nature, Star Trek Beyond manages to stand out as a wonderful entry into the series and the database of sci-fi/action flicks.
