I didn't have high hopes for this movie. I was worried Simon Pegg would turn it into a comedy, and I'm not the biggest fan of Justin Lin. It was, however, a faithful adaptation of old Trek while still being consistent with what J.
J. Abrams had already done. It was fast, fun, and smart. I really enjoyed it.
