Review of Star Trek (2009) by Nick — 06 May 2009
A two hour setup for a sequel. The plot consists of recycled Star Trek (and Star Wars) cliches and the dialogue seems to mostly be wink and nod quotations for the fans. I'm not a hardcore Trekker and I couldn't care less if they mess with the Star Trek universe but this was a bad movie.
Maybe it is time to bury it once and for all.
