Every set has been designed to near perfection, I genuinely felt part of all the action in this spectacular film. The cast are sensational, Chris Pine seems to be in a lot of comedy or less serious roles but he proves himself quite the action star.
The action sequences are tense and terrific, the best being when the crew jump from the Enterprise and skydive down onto the laser beam, the action equally matches up to the brilliant story. Star Trek may cover humour, action, drama and thrills all at once which at times can be an uneasy mix, but this is one heck of a sci-fi experience.
