A fantastic revival of the franchise. Cleverly used plot device to breath new life and fresh possibilities into characters we know and adore so much. The actors are wonderful choices for such icon roles and the cameo of leonard nimoy links the 2 universes together for a succinctly packaged star trek narrative.
