Review of Star 80 (1983) by Jerard W — 26 Aug 2008
Poor Dorothy Stratten, she fell in love with a total dickhead who ended up taking her life. The same story was told in the TV movie 'Death Of A Centerfold' with Jamie Lee Curtis in the Stratten role, but I much prefer this film.
The end is as shocking as it should be. Eric Roberts is really excellent in this film. BTW, No way was this released in 1998(?!) it came out in 1983. Only 15 years out!!!
