Bleak, a little dumb, and there isn't much to the story, yet if you like snake movies, it might be worth checking out. The characters are interesting, somewhat thin, and there are some decent, though slow, moments.
Think of a lazy version of Rambo with snakes instead of gun, and hardly any action.
