Review of Stander (2003) by Rob Y — 03 Nov 2007
I bought this because it was two quid delivered on Play but it is really, really good. I sat watching the first ten minutes and thought it was going to be one of those boring, preachy Hollywood things and nearly turned it off.
I'm glad I didn't though because it is both a funny and exciting action movie with some genuinely good acting performances once it gets going. This is a surprisingly excellent movie.
