Hard to clarify this one, part drama, part comedy, part thriller, part action ... overall, not bad, entertaining time passer - all set around a heist at a fish market in Belfast! (with Brendan Fraser no less.
.. how the mighty fall). (That poster/dvd cover art is very misleading... ).
