Review of Stand & Deliver (2001) by Tony M — 03 Apr 2009
I was a little concerned by the trite Eighties cheese-synth during the opening credits. The performance by E. J. Olmos quickly puts that in the shadows. The story is mildly uplifting, though not so exciting.
Even so, Olmos' superb delivery had me laughing during much of this film.
