Tremendously silly, and I don't necessarily mean in a good way. It actually achieved some points of parody status that many of these films in recent years have failed to do (Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, etc).
Parodies are meant to be well thought out and funny, not garbage. If you listen closely, parody content material is there within this movie.
