My favorite B&W war movie. Dot let the lack of Technicolor discourage you from seeing this becuase the black & white adds to the Dramatic value. The Humor is second to none. William Holden is such a bad ass an plays the part of a cynic & hero well. Peter Graves is amazing as the infiltrator in the barracks. IF you HAVE NOT seen this movie then you should cry yourself to sleep at night because you dont know what your missing!
To those who have seen it one sentance:
"Maybe he just wanted to steal our wire-cutters?".
