Outstanding prisoner of war classic. Director Billy Wilder skillfully combines drama, humor, intrigue and war into a well crafted film. Excellent performances all around. William Holden stands out in his Oscar winning role.
Robert Strauss stands out in the superb supporting cast. Excellent all around.
